Lightning Extension is a library of features created by the Lightning Product Management team at Salesforce. This extension is designed to complement the user experience with continuous productivity feature releases. These features provide end users with rich enhancements that aren’t available out-of-the-box with Lightning, like Dark Mode.
Admins can control which features are made available to their users. To control access to features, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning Extension, and then select Lightning Extension. From there, you can change your users’ access to individual features, or access to the extension itself. Changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
Note: Dark mode is temporarily disabled. We’re working to make it available again.

How can enabling dark mode be this difficult? Would be 5/5 but disabling dark mode for several months with no update is annoying.
Installed it for a Dark Mode and now it's doesn't work for months. Still, they working hard to bring it back, they say. Try harder!
This was a great 5 star extension until they disabled Dark Mode. Now it's been 6 months with no end in sight to my newly gained eye strain.
It was great, had it purely for the dark mode as it helps my eyes but it has since been disabled and has been that way for months what the hell salesforce almost like you don't care.
It's a good tool for the work that I do, however, I'm incredibly disappointed that dark mode has been 'Temporarily' disabled... I work on SF all day and dark mode was a headache saver! Please get this figured out... :(
Really miss dark mode...
I wanted to use this for dark mode, but that's not available. I have users complaining about the contrast on the Lightning interface and wanted to see if this would help. I was surprised to see that this was actually created by Salesforce. There's an idea on their Idea Exchange related to this that has gone ignored.
Without DARK MODE its realllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy baddddddddddddddddd. Why are the developers not looking into it!! is there a possible explanation why?? that would be very helpful thanks!!
