Colors the audio a bit, but It's an awesome simple way to suck bogus frequencies as well as, when properly abused, a Compressor for squashing peaks and leveling out the signal. good for bogus speech signals, however It would be nice to have double the available amount of band faders, as I find 500Hz so very sensitive. The faders would be happier at unity gain, setup like a mixing desk with 15db of headroom on the boost side on amplitude (Gain) Why? It's like really folks, smart people use "Corrective Equalization" ie; (Remove problem frequencies) Rather than using any EQ boosting highs that are there but being swallowed my mid monster. Not to mention boosting has been known to create distortion in most situations. Being at Unity gain (Again, I think Graphic EQ faders in the middle of the faders travel would not allow for a deeper CUT of mud freq masking 3.5k through sibilant freq. (5 or 6k) On this EQ My Curve is like flying geese anyway I have several loudspeakers that tell the truth so.... I DO LOVE that I plays well between tabs with it's ability to run different settings in new tabs. Saving one's presets would obviously be an advantage. I'd be interested in the Channel strip you mentioned bro. I'm a recording engineer so take my anal retentive about audio rant with a tablespoon of salt, Lima ( and of course, a bottle of Chilled Patron) LOL Good work so far ! Keep it rollin man.

Has more options than the many other Equalizers I've tried, really makes a difference, enhances the quality of the sound coming from my speakers. The only problem, which is mainly down to myself, is the fact it has to be manually activated which I often forget to do.

I really like this interface, far better than other extensions that attempt to do similar things. Detailed compressor settings are great-- most people only need to adjust threshold but I appreciate having access to it all.

It's a fantastic add-on and I'm grateful that it exists. The compressor feature makes it possible to listen to raw podcasts where varying mic levels are involved, without reaching for the volume knob all the time. If I were to wish just one more addition to make the EQ+ perfect, it would've been the gate filter, to remove the background noise in the said podcasts. But even as it is now, it's a world of improvement for my user experience, so - thanks a lot and keep up the good work!
