DESCRIPTION

This extension lets you make highlights on any web page, and subsequently attempts to restore those highlights when you revisit the page.

This process is completely private. The location and contents of your highlights never leave your browser.

➕➕ If possible, you should add a feature to automatically warn the user and automatically download a backup of highlights when the user decides to uninstall this browser extension. I don't want to regularly remember to maintain backups of highlights from this browser extension, and I also don't want to forget to download a backup of my highlights and lose my highlights. 👍👍 Excellent features for custom text styles. I really appreciate that this extension supports strikethrough for text. Lifesaver for reading and remembering individual text of boring web pages and documentations since I have ADHD.

Great and useful extension for annotating texts in webpages! As a suggestion, adding an ability in its settings to be able to re-order annotations will make the extension better. E.g., I have Yellow highlight, Orange highlight, and Yellow underline items, in order, and would like to re-order them as Yellow highlight, Yellow underline, and Orange highlight, instead of changing each item's preferences. Thanks in advance for considering this suggestion.

Good, but could be simpler. I don't want to keep giving permission for the app to run on different websites and I don't want to keep choosing yellow background. If I've eliminated all other color options and forms of highlighting, why can't I just click on the right-click highligher option and have yellow automatically be applied to the text I've highlighted? Why do I have to click another thing, specifying yellow, first?

1. User visits a web page and selects text via mouse or keyboard 2. User right-clicks to access context menu or uses keyboard shortcut to apply a highlight style 3.
