If the extension causes slowness issues, especially in combination with large, preexisting highlight collections, I recommend *disabling* (not removing) the extension until an update is ready, unless you have a backup.

DESCRIPTION
This extension lets you make highlights on any web page, and subsequently attempts to restore those highlights when you revisit the page.
This process is completely private. The location and contents of your highlights never leave your browser.

Es buenisima cuando funciona, pero hay varios sitios donde no funciona como en los listados de: https://anidex.info/ Espero la mejoren y pueda volver a ponerle 5 estrellas porque es una gran idea y se ve muy bien trabajada.

Super Simple Highlighter. Der Name ist Programm. Man kann die Farben entsprechend der Anforderungen umbenennen oder neue Farben hinzufügen Es gibt eine Übersicht über alle Seiten, die mit dem SSH bearbeitet wurden und das Addon ist für convertible Laptops geeignet. 3 Optimierungsvorschläge hätte ich an dieser Stelle noch. Quasi als Dankeschön: 1. Wenn man den Style umbenennt, sieht man weder beim Arbeiten auf der Webseite über dem Text oder im Kontextmenü beim Auswählen des Marker-Styles welcher Farbe der Marke x,y,z zugeordnet ist. Man müsste also immer im Optionsmenü nachschauen. 2. wenn die Farbenauswahl direkt erscheinen würde, wenn man etwas markiert. Man bräuchte so nicht mehr das Kontextmenü extra aufrufen 3. bezieht sich auf 2. Shortcuts um markierten Text einzufärben und dessen Einfärbung ggf. mit demselben Shortcut bei einem markierten/angewählten Text zu entfernen.
please allow a shortcut or a hotkey to highlight text previously selected with vimium, I don't want to use a mouse but shortcut

Genial y permite exportar a Markdown! Más herramientas > Extensiones > (Arriba a la izquierda desplegar y pinchar) Combinaciones de teclas Asignamos al "Apply Highlight #3" la combinación de teclas Ctrl+1 Ahora ya solo tiene que seleccionar y pulsar ctrl+1 para poner en amarillo parragos en una web ;)
It would be cool, if the context menu color selection showed a preview of the colors left to the color name itself. Also, a translation into other languages would be highly appreciated!

I select text in my chrome and right click to choose color to highlight it, but nothing happens, no highlight anywhere.
