YouTube has become evil, but only because it's mommy (Google) is also evil. This extension helps balance the power of the content consumer and the content platform. If this extension is removed or blocked, there will be another to fill its place. YouTube will have to start putting ads into the actual video file instead of interrupting it. Then there will be a smarter adblocker that will detect the ad via some other method. It will go back and forth until YouTube finds an amicable way to serve ads that doesn't feel so intrusive. If they can't, then another platform will be adopted and YouTube will go the way of MySpace and Facebook.

When it works 5*, when it doesn't and Youtube detects it 0* as even disabled YOutube says you have an adblocker so does not get past the You have an Ad Blocker so you have to UNINSTALL, to get playback working.
