The team is amazing. Shout out to Michael. He is very knowledgeable on the tools and has always helped me out in a pinch.. I LOVE the group convert extension! Buy it if you don't have it already. It's gold for getting contact info from your Facebook group to a spreadsheet (then to Zapier) and then into your CRM.
Michael was very helpful! I had a couple of issues and thought I had lost a lot of data, but it was indeed all saved, and Michael helped me retrieve it. The one thing we could not solve immediately.. Michael is looking into the issue and will get back to me via email. Very happy with the support. Thanks!!

Great little tool streamlines my work and gives me valuable and organized info on the people I'm serving in my FB group. I was challenged with the self-install and customer service was able to schedule a same day call. 10 very easy minutes later it was working perfectly. I wish it was an easier process to install but I think they have it working the best way possible. Recommend!
Excellent customer service! After buying the tool and struggling to install it myself (needed to check spam folder LOL) I got on a call with Michael from the Customer Support team and was able to easily install the tool very simply in a short time. As a marketer I have been looking for something that can help automate the process of managing my group and this tool is amazing and exactly what I have been seeking. Highly recommend!
