I have left a review here previously outlining the terrible experience I have been going through with coinbase. I transferred funds from coinbase.com to my wallet and during that process the funds were taken. I put a hold on my wallet and somehow I can no longer get access to my tokens in coinbase.com - support unfortunately are inefficient, I have been given numerous tasks to undergo in order to get access to my coins and have done everything I was told too. I have a record of over 15 emails with the support team, spent more than 7 hours now (no, not exaggerating) online with support and have been advised to be patient with them as they are looking into it. In the meantime, right now when it's essential we get access to our coins to swap etc and make a profit...mine are locked up and more importantly, as i'm unable to access where my funds are stored...I don't even know if they are still there or gone. I've never ever in all my 50+ years come across such a disappointing, frustrating customer service department. NO ONE LISTENS to you and different support people keep telling you to do the same thing. fyi, to resolve the issue all I have to do is upload a photo for id....but glitch in their system means I cant even do that. As this came about due to someone hacking my account t.b.h I am actually quite pissed off that I'm now being penalized and losing money instead of making it during this bullrun....grrrr, blah and meh is my summary of coinbase wallet support which is blimmen frustrating as the site does allow you to purchase coins you couldn't elsewhere.
