I am new to Coinbase so I decided to look at what other people had to say about it. After reading most of the comments, I decided not to walk...I am going to RUN away. I can't believe all the problems people are having! All I see from Coinbase is a poor plea to email them for help. So, should I trust Coinbase with my money?? I think NOT. I'm a Quality Control Engineer (25 years) and customer satisfaction should be at the top of Coinbase's corporate fabric. Pawning people off with only email support is simply wrong...period.

A supposed support person helped me set up an extension on my desktop. Two transactions that were supposed to go to my Wallet never showed up. The supposed support person may have conned me. Many calls and chats with support have been useless. Coinbase and their wallet are bad and may be corrupt. Stay away!

Worst exchange ever. Dont back anything. They compromise our accounts, not us. Pick the worst exchange in the world and they will be better than coinbase and coinbase wallet.

password stopped working for no reason. I used the forgot password, and recovered my wallet. Used the new password, it does not work. This app is completely broken, you cant even log in without restoring your entire wallet via recover phrase in google chrome

Cannot transfer full amount of eth from mobile app because there is no MAX function and I can't guess how much the fees will cost (trying to move all my crypto out, not an unexpected desire from users). Downloaded browser extension because it does have a MAX function, but requires confirmation from my app which I do not get. This is a rather basic function that even a fly by night scam app would allow. Incredible an organization like coinbase can't provide basic functionality

Like most things "crypto", It is half finished, half working, half featured thing that wasn't and wouldn't be missed from the previous or later half of my life, respectively. It only needs to be half full for full star review.
