My assets was stollen from my wallet from a random wallet adress AFTER JUST FEW MINUTES AFTER I DEPOSITED THEM WITHOUT EVEN KNOW. The same adress that added in my wallet 3 different ghost tokens in different ammount without asking for any of my permision and without making any action to interact with that tokens. My assets was sended from my wallet to this "robber adress" while I was active personally in my wallet. Progressivelly every single minute for 7-8 minutes there was another 1 or 2 transfers. No permission asking, no verify to make, they just gone. Lost some money and all my assets in the wallet, 0 security for my other assets linked to the cracked wallet. For all this COINBASE did nothing and decided to mute my emails for help. I had no help from their team, no guidance to what to do and how to transfer my other assets safe. Right now is 6-7 hours since when I try to receive some help or an advice. MY ASSETS WAS STOLLEN FROM A PLACE WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROTECETD, WITHOUT A CONSENT, WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION ON HOW YOUR MONEY VANISHED FEW MINUTES AFTER JUST DEPOSITED IT AND THE MOST PAINFULL PART WITHOUT EVEN AN ADVICE, HELP, REFUND OF ANY CENT OF THE LOSS. NOTHING. I LEFT METAMASK FOR COINBASE BUT I HAVE MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!! 0- COSTUMER SERVICE 0- ACTIVE TEAM 0-HELPFULL TEAM 0-SECURITY AND PRIVACY 0-TRANSPARENCY 0-ASSETS PROTECTION 9999-INTERACTIONS MADE WITHOUT TO EVEN KNOW

Scam, account frozen for 2 months now. Customer service does not help. If you are reading this before signing up for coinbase RUN. Use any other service or get one of the many hardware wallets, anything is better than this. Seeking legal action.

Unfortunately in NY Coinbase is the only thing you can use if you want to get involved in the NFT space. Too bad it's not the only the only thing that you can use because it won't let you do anything. I tried purchasing 4 items in the past 24 hours, all 4 have been pending. One for almost an hour and a half. Terrible. Terrible service. Not only do I not get the items that are limited and priced a certain way, I might not even get my money back as it still says "PENDING" Worse service in my life.
