This is the Web Helper extension for LanSchool. It extends the capabilities of the LanSchool Student software. This extension only works in a LanSchool classroom environment with LanSchool student software installed. If the LanSchool Student software is not connected, this extension becomes dormant.

This sucks, its just a tool so teachers can spy on you, and chrome wont even let me remove it. It is an invasion of privacy, that I do not like.
I hate this as it invades my privacy on my computer, please remove this so people can not spy on my computer and me.

An invasion of privacy. The icon is transparent. The one thing is, once the teacher opens Lanschool, a popup shows up on your screen, making it easy for students to know they are being watched. It's a disgusting extension and should be removed. Web Helper? More like Spy Helper. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I HATE IT
Another tool to help automate a teacher's job so they can become even lazier and less-engaged with the classroom. Absolutely disgusting. Orange County Public Schools, the fourth largest school district in the USA, has so many of these types of barely-legal software that it's ridiculous. The worst part is the key-logger or the fact that the teacher can literally take over your computer from his/her own computer. OCPS even blocked my ability to publish comments on this computer, so I had to whip out my phone and type this. I really hope representatives from this school district look at these comments and see the very visible outcry against this, and get rid of this.
