This is the Web Helper extension for LanSchool. It extends the capabilities of the LanSchool Student software. This extension only works in a LanSchool classroom environment with LanSchool student software installed. If the LanSchool Student software is not connected, this extension becomes dormant.

I LOVE this helpful utility, lets me observe and monitor my students from the comfort of my home, even their webcams are accessible! Nifty

This program invades students rights and has blocked youtube videos until they are a day old and many more random websites
its an invasion if privacy. it says it can run offline, doesn't that mean teachers can see what we do even offline? and at other wifi connections? they can literally go through all student files, frame them for whatever they feel like (for example, downloading porn on your laptop, then turning in your download history when it was them who downloaded it) and we already have so many blocked sites that its ridiculous, what are we going to do, play games on a blocked site? buy drugs on a blocked site? seriously, theres barely anything we can do on the computer already, besides looking at google images, but that doesnt distract other students, thats interrupting your own learning, with your own consent. now if we even look at another tab that doesnt have exactly what our work is on there, we get detention. it is ridiculous how the education system is now. we may as well throw the laptops away and just go back to books, the only difference now is that books dont run out of charge within five minutes of being on. oh, and they can be kept private. books dont have fifteen teachers watching each of your clicks and keystrokes.
