This is the Web Helper extension for LanSchool. It extends the capabilities of the LanSchool Student software. This extension only works in a LanSchool classroom environment with LanSchool student software installed. If the LanSchool Student software is not connected, this extension becomes dormant.

I understand why teachers would install this, but this is not the best platform to do it on. It uses more data than it has to. It dosn't need to know everyones passwords and usernames to do what it is intended to do whitch is moniture students screens. I fully belie that this is the wrong awnser to monituring people screens and this would be concidered illigeal if it was anyone else but the school that put this in place. The invisable chrome icon dosnt make it any less like spywear and actually hurt the notion that it is not. If any teachers are out there reading this I ecommend finding a better alternitive to Lanschool that still monitures screens but is not as shady Sencerly -Sam Pound (Side note: Sorry about any wrong spelling, spelling is not my specialty)

i think that this "app" should be just taken off the web store. it is a trash app made by trash people teachers can just check the history it is just garbage, hot trash. i hate it and you cannot change my mind. its ruining my school and people are getting mad it should just be taken off the webstore. oh and did i mention that it is SPYWARE you should NEVER use spyware to monitor children your computer could get hacked or worse just straight up break (known from experience) and when you deliberately download spyware you are putting all of your students at risk. the app has all of your students names and it has all of their logins and with that information they could track the kids down and put them at serious risk. that is why i think that this "app" shoulp be taken off the web store.
