酷すぎて全く使い物にならない。 初めからwebは使用せず、スマホかe-taxソフトからの申請をしたほういい。時間の無駄。 税の徴収にこんな無能なアプリを使っていることが信じられない。
そもそも確定申告に拡張機能を用いること自体が間違っている。 拡張機能はあくまでも拡張機能にすぎず、ブラウザのサポートの外にあるもので、 全環境での動作を保証しているものではなく、動作不良が前提のものになっている。 にもかかわらず、拡張機能を必須としたのは明らかに不適切で、 この仕様を企画したもの、それを許可したもの、即刻開発から外すべきだろう。 開発チームに入れるに値する人材ではない
とても使いにくい。エラー多発
酷すぎる… こんな使いずらい国税システムに対応しないと必要以上の税金を徴収され、 対応しようとすれば国民の時間と労力を奪う。 意図的にわかりにくくし、「理解できない間抜けは税金徴収されろ」という悪意しか感じない。 国民の手をわずらわせず、国民の幸福度を上げることを微塵も考えない鬼畜なのか… それほど酷い。
血税を使ってゴミアプリを量産し、国民から時間までも奪うとは・・・！ 毎年確定申告のたびに殺意が湧いてきます
毎年毎年、ややこしくて何がしたい？ 確定申告させたくないの？ 民間企業に委託するなりしたら？(してると思うけど、委託先変えたら？) これを良しとした国税庁もどうかしてる。 民間企業がゲーム作ってサービスしてたとしたら、終了しているような出来ですよ。 いい加減にして下さい。毎年クレーム書いている気がする。
10年以上e-Taxをやってきて、毎年何故必要と思われるカードリーダーのドライバ更新とかやってきたけど、今回は以前と全く違うし、ログイン時に「予期せねエラー」じゃ何もできない。Q&Aも最低でたらい回しされた上に2時間調べてもログインできず。電話は最大で20時まで？？しかも混んでる？？ 仕事中に電話できないしどうすりゃいいの？ 確定申告できなくて追徴課税取ろうとしてると思われてもおかしきないよ・・ レビューちゃんと読んでる？？ 私がクレーマーじゃないことは分かるでしょ！ 再度言うけど１０年以上e-TAXを使ってます。今回は最低を通り越して嫌がらせの領域です。こんな仕事で税金から給料貰ってるの恥ずかしくないですか？！！！
肝心な入力作業の画面にたどり着けない、 もっと速やかに作業を進められるようにできないものか イライラする ‼。 回りくどすぎる。 時代に逆行している。
