酒類の申請の案内が封書で来て、その手順のとおりにやりたいが、モバイル版の場合はその申請はPCでやれと表示され、PC版ではマイナンバーカード読み取りができずパスワードが必要だが、どのパスワードか全くわからず、どれを打ち込んでもログインできない。 手順書の、e-Taxソフトにログインし、の１行目を行えない。 IT弱者でもないし通常に何でもこなしているが全くできない。意味が分からない。

2週間ほど前まで不通に使えてたのに、なんで使えなくなる。説明読んでも意味わからん、なんとかしてくれ。

説明がわかりにくすぎる。 何度も同じことやらされていつになっても申請書記入させてもらえない。 民間にシステム作ってもらったほうがいい。 納税する気をそぎたいのか、延滞料をとりたいのか…信じられない
国民の知能を遥かに超えた余程の天才か余程の馬鹿が作ったプログラミング。貴重な時間を無駄に使わせるな。キックバック問題で税金などバカらしくて払いたくないのにいい加減にしろ!!
