That filing your taxes requires 2 browser extensions, installing a bunch of exe files just to access a WEB PORTAL should be a complete embarrassment. The fact that even after you go through all this setup and then get confronted by a blank page -- no warning, no error, no indicators -- that requires you to change your browser to Japanese and encoding to Shitft-JIS and that requirement isn't mentioned ANYWHERE is an insult to all users. What a complete, utter waste of time for 125 million people. Technology is supposed to make things better, faster, and easier. Do you even think about your users?
