一年使わなかったら、使えなくなってました。 国民総普及というなら最低限みんなが使えるツールくらいきちんと作りなさい。 結局分かってない人が作るからこの程度のシステムしか作れないのです。と元マイナンバー担当の役人だった私が断言します。 あとこいつ入れたら正常に認識されていた事前セットアップの方が（最新版再インストールしても）認識されなくなって進めなくなりました。あらゆる環境で導通テストとかもしてないんだろうなと。
何度もDLを要求してきてばかりで結局動かない。 なんで実際使えるようにならないのか？ 簡単な事を難しく書くんじゃなくてもっと分かりやすく書いてほしい。
そのWEBアプリもっと易くしてくないとないの方がいい、アプリもダサいし もう無理！

納税させようとする意図が感じられない。 納税意欲を完全に削がれました。ユーザーが意図した行為が実現できない仕組みですね。 UXデザイン、ページ構成、アーキテクチャの見直しを求めます。
システムがややこしすぎる。いつの時代のシステムだよ。15年ぐらい遅れてるんだよ・・・
表示されなかったので、電話までしましたが解決せず。ナビダイヤルでお金だけ取られました。 その後利用者のブログを見たらchromeの言語設定が日本語ではないといけないと書いてあったので変更したら無事解決、、、。電話での言語設定の案内はありませんでした。
