It seems to work, but downloads images in an odd filetype iteration of .jpg, as .jpg_orig. please fix this. Would be nice to choose in the settings of the extension what filetype we can use, like jpg, png, etc.

When I download images on twitter, This extension saves image file name as [.jpg_orig] . So I can't open the image unless I change the file name to [.jpg] Please fix this!

Very easy to use. However I don't know why the downloaded videos are mostly corrupted (cannot play/no sound using VLC).
