No better than bookmarking the Bitly page.
Working well for me atm, I had to restart my browser after adding for it to take effect - but it works. After you're on the page you wish to create a bitly link for, it takes less than 2 seconds to generate a fast working link. I haven't experienced anything these people have but I will admit that it's upsetting so see that bitly hasn't addressed any of their issues. I'd like to see some support for this add-on because troubleshooting extensions is a whole other ball game. Satisfied, for now.

いちいち余計なサブフレームが出て邪魔。せっかくキーボードショートカットで使っても、そのフレームを手作業で（マウスで）閉じなければならない。 goo.gl URL Shortener のように、ただポップアップが出て短縮とコピーに成功したことを知らせてくれるだけで良い。将来が閉ざされた goo.gl の代わりとして使いたいだけで、コメントとかアクセス解析とかは一切求めていないのに。 bit.ly の本サイトで設定をいじれないかと見てみたけど、そういうことも出来なさそうだし…。
Bitly used to work, but I haven't been able to get it to work for months. Like many other reviewers here, nothing happens when I click the extension. I've searched for help and there is nothing. I hope this problem gets addressed because it has been a great tool in the past.
Si funciona.. Solo hay que iniciar sesión en la página de bitly como tal.. Si tienes mucho sin entrar a la pagina te hará una encuesta breve.. y luego iniciada la sesión en la pagina web, debes entonces iniciar secion en bitly extension. Y listo!!! Te funcionara la extensión y podrás utilizar el acortador. A mi me dejo de funcionar un buen dia, lei los comentarios aquí y lo desinstale y luego probé haciendo lo que les explico anteriormente y ya me funciona nuevamente. Espero les ayude.!! Saludos!!
What the hell! totally waste :/
Bitly tries to make you spammable by not accepting regular email address they "don't like". Well, you will not get my real email address, you can be sure of that. I'll just drop you like a used condom.
It needs the QR code in order to read it back from a mobile device.
