The new update has completely destroyed the usefulness for me. I loved this extension for the fastest way to tweet a page, and keep a record of link analytics. Now there are simply too many clicks necessary for this basic task. As soon as I find an alternative it is bye, bye.

I used to REALLY love this extension, it conquered my heart, it made me extremely happy. But after the last update, it just stopped working. I click the fish and a tiny blank globe appears. And I wait.. and nothing happens. Fix it, please.

When I fist used this extension, I had similar views to most that are being published here: too many clicks, can't find the shortened url etc., etc. Now after using it for about a month I am starting to appreciate the potential of the new, modified app. It's a really great way to see if your re-tweets are actually being clicked; it's really useful as a record of what you have been shortening at any particular time, and moving on from pure stats, you can start to use it as another way to monitor blog posts/web pages or whatever that you publish on Twitter or Facebook are being clicked. Great! One issue (!): can you please change the right-click 'bitly| ♥ your bitmarks' redirect to the bitly web site and NOT the Chrome store extension page? Thanks! Great extension guys!

The latest "update" is big step back in usability... For what? - The app now needs two clicks to share to social networks. - If you start typing something without saving, leave and come back, the text is not remembered as it used to be. - You need to scroll down to see the "publish" button. (No, I never used bitly as a "bookmark" service and I'm not going to start.)

This is the worst update in the history of worst updates on all time. I just uninstalled and installed the chrome-twitter extension. They had a good thing going, and messed it all up with this stupid, senseless update. Way to go, dummies.

Terrible. Used to use this to shorten links then it sold out. Use is.gd (they have a good extension) instead if you want fast, one-click shortening.

so now they have changed the thing again and added something called "1 click saving" to bad they forgot to put both the link and the description in ONE BOX like it used to be!! the plug in was perfect before the update and everybody loved it, now they update it and everybody hates it , how dumb are these people???? if I want to copy and paste the link + description and post that to twitter? ? ? why can't I do this in one easy movement?? like it used to be??? that is all what this plug in was used for and the genius developers decided to turn off the only function the plug - in had???
