Automatically sets YouTube video playback quality to a user-preferred resolution

YouTube does not always auto-select HD quality for videos, forcing users to manually change quality every time. This extension solves that by letting users set a preferred quality once, which is then applied automatically to all YouTube videos.

User installs the extension → opens the popup/options page → selects desired default video quality (e.g., 1080p) and optionally enables autopause → extension injects a content script on YouTube that uses the YouTube player API (setPlaybackQualityRange) to automatically apply the chosen quality whenever a video loads.

The fetch to api.megaxt.com/qualityList is dead code (unreachable due to early return on line 117 of background/main.js), so the remote quality list endpoint is never actually called.
The embedded.js content script injection is also dead code (gated behind `if (false && ...)` on line 44 of background/main.js).
