What if you could just choose your YouTube layout? Well, now you can! CustomTube lets you choose between recreations of any YouTube layout from 2008-2021, all with a single click!

Outside of the layout selector, CustomTube has even more options, including:

-Ability to loop videos by default (with an option to exclude playlist videos)

-Choose the size of the video player

-Make search better by hiding some irrelevant results

-Hide the "Shorts" button on the sidebar

I love the nostalgic feel of this extension's old layout. However, I have noticed a few areas where improvement could be made. Firstly, I think it would be an excellent addition if the extension had channels listed on the side. Currently, when I click on a channel to see their other channels, I have to scroll down to find them, which can be a bit frustrating. I've noticed that in 2015 (which is the version I'm using), any YouTuber's other channels were listed on the side of their channel page, so I think this would be a great feature to have implemented. Another issue I have with the extension is that Youtube Studio does not work on it. I understand that the extension is mainly designed for the home page, video player, and channel pages of Youtube, which includes Youtube Studio. Therefore, it would be great if this could be included in the extension to improve the overall usability of the tool. Despite these issues, I still think this is a great extension that works well. I appreciate the effort put into creating it and I believe it has a lot of potential.
