Exactly what I pictured. Only thing missing is the ability to somehow have control over the youtube search bar, maybe making it thinner, so it's still there just taking less vertical space.
Works exactly as described. I've hated theater mode for it's stupidly limited aspect ratio for years. This makes it essentially fullscreen without covering the browser toolbar or windows taskbar. Great view, highly functional, and limited bugs.
works :) ty today in default view it throws me to a blank page which I have to scroll down as before
Finally an extension that did what I wanted without me needing to keep youtube on 175% zoom. One minor issue is if I F11 my YT window the player scales such that it cuts off everything below the search bar of the video.
Works as advertised. When switching back from theatre mode to regular mode, there's a huge space at the top of the page left behind.

Works great, but when I return to default view it throws me to a blank page which I have to scroll down from which is a bit annoying Thanks for the quick fix, upped to 5 stars :)
