After using scheduleonce for a year I upgraded to a paid version to turn on instant appointments. It works absolutely wonderfully for allowing staff to dynamically make appointments for me - and provide scheduling links to colleagues/clients. My staff used to over-book me frequently due to multiple meeting requests. That never happens any more - which has saved me embarrassment, email ping-pong, and time. Thanks Scheduleonce!

As the Manager of Corporate Soul, I've relied on ScheduleOnce as my main recruitment tool to schedule interviews for about four months now. This handy Google App has increased my workplace productivity immensely as I no longer have to deal with "I am available on these dates at these times..." e-mails from candidates and then having to match those times with my own availability. ScheduleOnce does all of that for me! The setup was fast and extremely user-friendly. It took me literally minutes to get my MeetMe page up and running. When I had questions with the more advanced settings, their customer service team was very friendly and patient on the phone and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered. This App has to have saved me, my team and my managers at least two hours a week since we started using it. I am very happy with ScheduleOnce, and the value and efficiency it brings me. We conduct many calls with our college Fellows across the country throughout the academic year and ScheduleOnce helps us coordinate busy schedules, save time and eliminate scheduling snafus. Our Salesforce administrator also uses ScheduleOnce for us to schedule calls with her and it's been incredible helpful to just book a meeting on her calendar without the constant back and forth and phone/e-mail tag. Love the auto-Google Calendar import function and ability to update availability in real time. Excellent tool for super productivity!!

ScheduleOnce free online meeting organizer’s main strength lies in its beautiful interface. It uses strong graphics to make voting an enjoyable and simple process, along with its clever idea of showing you which dates suit other users as you go through the voting procedure. ScheduleOnce’s interface is fairly impressive, but is easy enough to use and the ability to set a regular meeting time is a very useful addition to this free online meeting organizer and makes it a fairly solid choice. We also like the at a glance method of viewing the results that shows you clearly who is available and when they are available. So to conclude, there is no hard and fast best free online meeting organizer out there, but SchduleOnce’s beautiful interface and excellent simplicity mean that it stands out from the rest of the bunch, all of which offer largely the same thing packaged in various different ways.

ScheduleOnce quickly became my favorite method of polling groups of people about meeting times. With busy schedules and lots of "I can meet at this time if..." I am still able to poll the people I need and get a clear picture of when the best meeting times will be. It couldn't have taken me longer than 10 minutes to setup my account and get started using ScheduleOnce, it was so simple and self-explanatory, with a lot of extra helpful tips and links if I were to need them. I highly recommend use of this app, and I am someone who takes scheduling and calendaring very seriously.

I have been using ScheduleOnce for quite a while now and there are many reasons why I love this tool but these are my top 4 reasons: 1. I love that clients can select from three options and we can easily agree on one of them without going back and forth by email. 2. I have also recently separated my business into different departments and created unique entities for them. Schedule Once is a great tool for managing all departments. 3. I schedule appointments for different services like training, phone meetings, initial consultations and system implementations and I have different availability for each of these so the BookNow pages are great for this! 4. I am a total Google girl so the fact that it syncs with my Google Calendar is awesome! In addition, I setup clients on Google Apps and recommend ScheduleOnce because having it integrated into the system is so convenient for both of us.

I switched over to ScheduleOnce when RIM shut down Tungle.me. I must admit that I was nervous about switching, because I was pretty pleased with Tungle. I've now used ScheduleOnce for a couple months and I'm happy with the change! Things that I liked in Tungle that I have with ScheduleOnce: *integration with Google Apps--sync with my Google calendar is seamless *page availability so I can just send people to my ScheduleOnce page and have them select times *automatic confirmation email to the other people on the meeting *ability to set weekly templates for availability and set specific exception dates Things that I didn't have with Tungle that I like on ScheduleOnce: *copy and paste link so that the email comes from me rather than another domain name that might get stuck in spam I'm happy with this product and recommend it for small businesses.

I've used other scheduling solutions and this is the best. It increases productivity by getting you and your team to build out their calendars with the important meetings faster. If it saves 10 minutes a day (and its much more!) then it is saving a week of productivity every year. Also we are using it to allow prospects to book sales appointments with us. It has become one of our favorite passive and most inexpensive marketing tools.

Bumped into this app on a colleagues website, works a treat, scheduling an appointment with him was a breeze. I had live appointment times with him, and the whole process took just a few clicks and was done in under a minute. He responded immediately and it was added to my calendar. So impressed I am in the process of implementing into my own site!
