ActiveCampaign is great but the extension feels like it could use more work. I'm also not a huge fan of the email popup taking up 1/5th of my screen until I manually close it. Otherwise, good potential.
My company has used Active Campaign for years. It certainly helps us to stay in contact with our customers and improve our communication.
I've been using Active Campaign for nearly a year now to track our mortgage leads and use the extension to easily add clients to the system. Super efficient!
I love ActiveCampaign and have been using it for years. Their chrome extension in particular is super useful because I can see all my lead details right inside my gmail inbox. Love it.
Active Campaign has made my organization of my deal flow easy. It's integration with Chrome as well as its intuitive display makes it easy to organize information. To improve further, I wish that there's some automation/reminder built-in into the product.
Active Campaign is a great CRM. The intelligence of the software is amazing. The open rate on my email blasts has definitely gone up. The pipeline organization has really helped me to work through my leads effectively. Support has been great and always answered any questions I have. I was even offered a gift card to complete a review.
No complaints with using this extension
It is a useful plugin when it works but it does frequently lose sync and not work for some reason. I wish the reliability of the plugin could be improved, but otherwise I do like seeing my email history which each contact tracked reliably in the CRM.
ActiveCampaign is great for a lot of things. Building out custom CRM's, email blasting, setting up sequences to make sure leads never fall through. We use it every day.
Really Valuable in our SDR workflow. I have been using AC for almost since the beginning and this plugin is a great addition to the business development workflow with Gmail and have the ability to update or add info on qualified leads.
