This extension seems to have improved and is generally a very reliable way for my uses. It's a good way to keep those emails outside ActiveCampaign attached to my contact's record inside AC - for that, it does the trick for me.

I love AC but the extension needs some work, it glitches and sometimes pulls up a different account (if you have multiple gmail and AC accounts for different businesses)

Yes it is a good plugin. Fairly useful. The main benefit is actually in gmail - rather than browsing. Being able to update contacts on the fly is very useful.

I find the AC plugin useful but it could be much better if they added email open notifications via web and mobile. I hope the AC team continues to improve it because this could be really great!

I'm a big fan of ActiveCampaign and this extension compliments it by making the updating of the CRM a lot easier. It has been intermittently buggy occasionally which is why you get 4 and not 5 stars but I'm sure those will be ironed out

I've tried this extension a few times. I'm a huge fan of ActiveCampaign so I want to love the extension but it's just not where it needs to be. I do like being able to see if my emails have been viewed by people, but I found this feature to be inconsistent. Sometimes it would show up in sent emails and sometimes it wouldn't. Most recently, I noticed an issue with my Google Workplace email not showing the icon to get to my email templates. After disabling all of my Chrome extensions and re-enabling them one by one, I discovered the ActiveCampaign extension was causing the issue. It's been disabled ever since. I would try it again in the future to see if the issues have been worked out.
