This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

容易斷線 部分電腦連線逾時連不上 介面收起就找不到了
Terrible product. I needed to do 'free overtime' remotely. I could spend 16-20 hours a weekend at home and my two monitor system in both locations would 'feel' like I was 50 miles away at work with the stand alone app. The forced, 'update'? Now I can't even get my blessed two screens out of a single chrome web box on one monitor. Where are the controls? Where is there documentation on the 'how to'? Terrible, terrible terrible. Did I mention I also had to turn off my firewall to test access my work computer since I was summarily blocked between my computers?
Отключается в оффлайн после переустановки через 10 минут, максимум через 2 часа. Стыд, позор! Сейчас вообще не подключить.
Sadly the desktop version is now locked for use. It had a much less lag than the web version. Please bring back or unlock the windows desktop version.
lag and bad connection
앱으로 실행시 없던 렉이 웹으로 실행할땐 엄청나네요 버벅이고 끊기고... 왜 이런식으로 업데이트를 한 것인지는 모르겠지만 최악입니다.
Doesn't work!
Sucks prefer the old one
Old version performed much smoother/better. Sound quality is garbage on this. Opening/using applications have more of a delay or lag.
This tool is so good if one can get it to work properly. Very nice for supporting clients that I've set up with gsuite whom just need a quick fix on something. There are times when ssh just can't be the goat.
