I've tried a few different extensions for emojis on my Chromebook - the virtual keyboard has emoji support but I hate pulling it out when I'm using an external just to grab an emoji. Having an extension that does this is a godsend! I love the style and ease of being able to search for the emoji I want. (ChromeOS virtual keyboard does not have emoji search or suggest) The only thing I can think of to improve this would be the option to upload our own emoji for custom emojis (even uploading "locally", and the extension would just insert it as an image via HTML or something..) I'm not sure how possible this would be considering all the different factors involved, and images would need to be scaled down to emoji size or uploaded as such.. but I have been wanting a feature like that as lately I find that I envision the emoji I want to use but there isn't an official emoji in any common library that would suffice.. Just something for you to ponder about :)

Works great. Especially convenient with shortcode Alt-Shift-E. Sometimes the shortcode doesn't work though so a bit inconsistent. Also, it need better garbage collection (read memory management). It keeps stealing more and more memory. It starts out with 33Mb and i just had to deactivate it and activate it again now because it used 1.3Gb of memory.
Great extension. Unlike others, the search function is actually good :)
I love this! I use it all the time for my bookmarks and texting. It has a ton more cool emojis than you get on your phone.
