I originally added this extension because I was looking for a way to create a link for an email chain. This works perfectly for that, but it turns out that it can do much more! I haven't explored all of the possibilities but I have been using the read receipts. Love it!
We are a small startup and we have very simple needs, and Streak meets our needs well without incurring a bunch of admin headaches. Good product.
