eLTaxhへの登録を行うページと実際に地方税の支払いを行うページの区別がわかりにくい。また、ログインなしでの支払い、ログインしての支払いなど利用者からは何がどうなのかわからない。もっとユーザーサイドの利便性を考慮した造りにすべき。選択肢が多いことが利便性が高いことにはならない。国税のほうがよほどわかりやすい。
申請確認のメールなども一切来ない。こんなものに民間の数十倍以上の金を払って、かなりの額のキックバックを受け取っているのだろう、自民党は一回与党から降ろしたほうがいい。
星に関しては、ゼロです。 納税を早く、便利に行なうためのツールでないと意味がない。 窓口に行きたくないし、そのためにインターネットバンキングをやっているわけで、 ２時間かかってもまったく糸口が見つからない。 民間に委託したほうが良いのではないでしょうか？

★ゼロはないのか！！ ＭＣＡ０６１Ｅのエラーが出て申告書が作成出来ないどころか、何処のページも使えない、１時間カスタマーサポートと電話でQ&Aの対応内容１から４までを確認するも全て問題なしであるが解決せず、疲れた！ エラーの画面コピーとlogをメールで送れとの事・・・ ポンコツの対応するんだから、せめてフリーダイヤルで対応すべきと思います！
使い勝手悪すぎ。税金を無駄使いして全く役に立たないシステムを構築している。 小学生でももっとましなシステムを思いつく。
