I don't understand why this application is so unknown. I have tried various applications with speech-to-text functionality, and this one is the only application that directly accesses whisper AI and transcribes everything without any issues. All the other applications I have tried do not achieve the high quality of this application. Feature Request: Currently, the application only works on ChatGPT. It would certainly not be a problem to expand the application so that it functions in the entire Google Chrome browser, in every input field. This way, we would have a perfect speech-to-text extension that can be used throughout the entire Google Chrome browser. edit: There is now a new application called "Whispering" that directly accesses Whisper AI and has the same capabilities as Whisper to Chat GPT. However, this application works in the Google Chrome browser on any website, not just on Chat GPT. Very good extension, it's simple and Whisper works like magic. Having said that, it would be nice to have some useability upgrades, such as: 1. The option to send the message automatically after recording (just this feature alone would make this extension worth rating the full 5 stars) 2. The option to press and hold the button (or the shortcut key) to record, and then releasing the key to stop recording.

I couldn't really understand the limits of using the API (either with Whisper or ChatGPT), I'm not too familiar with that, so I can't really speak to it. but.. that's a MUST HAVE. For now this has been awesome to use!

I love this extension. I use it daily for ChatGPT as Whisper has the best voice recognition by far. It's been working perfectly until today, 4/14/23. I emailed the developer. Once it's back up and working it's five stars all day.
