WOW, WOW, what the heck WOW. Love this extension. Cant believe we have to rely on someone to create this, it should be built in. Batch rename and import from google drive would be incredible to add.

I’ve been using NotebookLM heavily for both my MBA program and diaconate formation, and I currently have more than 130 notebooks. Before ExtendLM, trying to keep everything organized inside NotebookLM became a challenge pretty quickly. I actually had to create my own naming and coding system just to make things manageable. For example: MBA notebooks start with “MBA” Diaconate notebooks start with “Diaconate” Anything completed gets a “Z” in front of it so it drops toward the bottom of the notebook list That system worked, but only because I forced organization into the titles myself. Once you start dealing with this many notebooks, the default NotebookLM layout gets hard to manage. ExtendLM has honestly made NotebookLM significantly more usable for me. The folder structure alone has helped tremendously with keeping projects grouped together and easier to navigate. It has made a major difference in my workflow across graduate school, research, writing, consulting projects, and formation studies. For lighter users, this may not seem like a big deal. But for power users managing dozens or hundreds of notebooks, organization becomes critical very quickly. A few additions would make ExtendLM even stronger: Show folders directly on the NotebookLM home screen Allow drag-and-drop notebook organization from the home screen Add Pinned or Favorite notebooks Add export capability for Studio content and Notes to Word, PDF, PPT, Markdown, TXT, PNG, JPG, etc., similar to NotebookLM Ultra Exporter My ideal NotebookLM home screen would be: Pinned / Favorites Folders All Notebooks Overall, ExtendLM has become one of the most useful additions to my NotebookLM workflow and fills a major gap for users trying to manage NotebookLM at scale. I look forward to continuing to learn more about the extension and seeing how it evolves with future upgrades and enhancements.
