I paid for the lifetime access in 2025 and then they phased that out to require a monthly subscription. I signed up March 3, 2026 and installed this extension, but had to remove it right away because it made my computer freeze. I have another company's chrome extension theirs works like a charm.

Though they have solved the computer getting freeze problem but yet one problem is still live : Most of the times Etsy Radar fails to show the data of listings, sometimes it fails to show 'Demand Data' and sometimes 'All Metrics' and sometimes both. Error it shows : "No metrics available right now. More coming soon!" Also it's so frustrating to Log-In daily on the same device each day!! Good and useful tool but has many problems, developer is slow to resolve the issues!

Tried it again, but unfortunately I'm still having the same issues. I have another company's chrome extension for free and theirs works like a charm. I just hope ProfitTree can fix the issues with their chrome extension especially since it's one of the features that people paid for.
