Draw on any website, add text, add lines, and highlight! With Page Marker, you can use your mouse or touchscreen to draw on the web or on PDFs and save it to your computer. Paint, draw, and mark on any webpage or website.
Instructions:
1. Click the puzzle piece-shaped extensions icon in the top right corner of your browser. Pin the Page Marker red marker icon for ease of access.
2. Begin drawing on any webpage with your mouse or touchscreen.
3. To change the color of the marker, click on the color selecting box.
4. To change thickness, use the size slider.

Можно было бы усовершенствовать расширение, добавив больше функций.
Only works with a mouse. I have a Wacom Cintiq. The idea is to add notes to references. Useless in my case.
because when i try to use it it said sorry you cant use t because you have all open tabs when i dont have a y ope so dontget this app or else youll see what happend********************************************************************
Marking up works well enough, but I was hoping you could then send the marked up page to the person you were highlighting the information for. Seems like you can mark it up and then show the person sitting next to you. Very limited.
Really wanted to like this, but it doesn't work for me. "Page Marker doesn't support new tab pages or the Chrome Webstore because they are reserved by Chrome." So... I cannot mark-up my pdf notes for my students while casting. This is an essential function for teachers using chromebooks that isn't addressed through any extension I've found.

Highlight color disappears after I close the menu thingy
Marker app for Microsoft Edge is 10x better. I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop and doesn't allow computer stylus to be used to draw on the screen, making the app useless.
