ServiceNow Utils is great, I use it almost every day. One small complaint I do have is that we use a Custom URL, offered OOB by ServiceNow, to rename the instance to something that is more appealing to our variety of Business Units. It does not contain xxxxx.service-now.com, and so the Utils does not work when viewing via the custom URL. I have to copy the URL I'm at, and then append the front to be our actual xxxxx.service-now.com URL. Is there a way this behavior can be changed, to allow for using SN Utils on custom URLs?

I installed both extensions and still able to see "SN Utils does not run on the current page! More info...". To see backend Names I'm trying to click on settings in utils unable to do. I was checking in non Servicenow page. My mistake. So upgrading the rating to 5 as earlier I really enjoyed it and install it in every system that I change.
