Highly recommend for startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners. This tool can be used in so many impactful ways for your business. Currently the 2 ways we're using it with great success are: 1) Sending random thank you's to customers using our service and reviewing their account for them. They love the personalization of a video and many have commented on how they love seeing the face behind the service. 2) Internally we're always updating our website and making changes with our developers. This allows us to quickly comment live on changes and communicate more effectively with our team. Bonus: This is also a great way to send messages to prospects. I used to use Techsmith Snagit for Chrome, then moved to Screencastify. Now that I found ViewedIt, I think I will continue to use that in place of the rest! Since this works on Chrome, it is a perfect fit in the K-12 world where our users are on Chromebooks. Compared to Screencastify, I do wish that ViewedIt had ability to store your videos inside of a Google Drive folder. Other than that, I'm so happy I fouind this new screencasting tool! I used to record demo videos using Camtasia, and it was awwwful. What a pain. The fact that I can now do this in Chrome without downloading any software and track who watches is a huge plus. Will be telling all my former sales rep colleagues about it!
