Vidyard support is very responsive and they attempt to help in any way they can...5 stars for the support team. But the extension, web app, and Vidyard for Enterprise are still wonky and confusing to navigate. The online video editor is not precise. Video quality is tough to get right. I also have trouble getting audio and video to sync sometimes. The playlist feature is awesome, but it takes forever to build one if you have some video assets in your company's shared folders and the new video greeting you just recorded is in your personal folder (that's where it is placed automatically). The video analytics are sometimes helpful, but not always consistent. On one report, it said I had x number of views of a video during a specific time period. On another report, it said I had 0 views during that same time. Not to mention actually navigating to this information is difficult. Their heart is in the right place, but the interface and navigation really needs a big overhaul.

This is an awesome prospecting tool! Use it daily to connect with prospects. It is quick and easy to use. I need to work on my skills but once you get the hang of it(which is fast) you can do so much!

I recorded my 1 hour class and found out you can't download the video unless you pay ( no heads up either ). Also the video had no volume.

Enjoying this extension a lot. Using it to capture system faults/bugs, while working on developing and/or refining a software. It's helpful to show others what happened on your screen when their not necessarily seeing the same thing ;)
