Super simple to use! But my video is still processing, even after about an hour. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I would like to pick the thumbnail but it won't let me while still processing. Thank you! So glad that I could get this video going the FIRST TRY with no hitches (until this point haha but still). Also, the sound quality is not great with my voice ( I sound like a robot), and I used my airpods as the microphone, so I'm not sure why that is. It doesn't obstruct at all, it's just not the most pleasant to listen to.

Vidyard Pro is simple to use, has all the features I need and produces quality videos. Even the free version works well. I have fun recording with vidyard! The only suggestion I have made is to make the "speaking notes" box bigger so that it fits "all" my notes without having to pause my video to scroll through the box.

As a public school teacher, you are always looking for ways to reach out to your students as they work from home. This has so far proven to be very effective. I love that I can track how many times the video has been viewed and even for how long students viewed it. Its interface is super user friendly. My only peeve, and it's tiny, is that I don't actually know when my face disappears, lol, so I'm leaving facial expressions/cues that I think my kids see but they actually don't. I only find this out once I play back the video before sharing/posting. I leave my vidyard recordings for sub work when I am going to be "out" and so far the students have responded well. They work on their assignments and they play the video alongside if they have any questions. Great extension. I just hope its basic features continue to stay freeeeee.

A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a million so I really like using Vidyard for quick recorded software demo and personalized video greetings to prospects and clients. It's super easy to use and a very quick turn around time for processing, I would recommend it to sales professionals!
