User installs extension → creates or imports prompts via the embedded web app UI (lib.aipromptgenius.app in popup/sidebar/fullscreen) → organizes prompts with tags/folders → when using an AI chat tool, triggers keyboard shortcut to open a search modal → searches and selects a prompt → prompt text is copied to clipboard (with variable substitution if applicable) → user pastes into AI chat. Optionally, Google Sheets sync keeps prompts across devices.
