Awesome tool, But I don't know why but when I save a new prompt in it. and Then when I open the add a few times... It just duplicates the prompts alot of time... Like once I added a prompt called "Phrases 1" and then when I open the side bar to use this prompt, suddenly there are 2 prompts named "Phrases 1"... And when I open it again, suddenly there are 4, and so on... It just keeps duplicating... Just fix this issue, otherwise it's great.

Awesome tool, but the "/NAME" command stopped working since ChatGPT updated the other day. The menu appears, but clicking one of the prompts doesn't input anything into the chat. It's probably an easy fix, and I'll update my star rating once it's fixed. Thanks for creating such a handy tool!
