Just enable the extension when you want to use it, and disable when you want to get rid of it for a little while. You can also launch Chrome Apps right from the list.

Awesome extension. Been using it for quite a few years now. My only wish is for the develepor to enable the editing of the names of the profiles we create, apart from being able to delete them.

basically perfect except for one flaw. when display config updates, the window shrinks and only the first 12 extensions are able to be disabled it comes back if you turn off the header and search bar, but only sometimes.
