Todoist saved my life. Period!
The best!
I've tried many of these ToDO managers and found out about this one during a recent search. It's relatively perfect for me. It's web based and has PC/Mac/Mobile (iPhone/iPad/Android) versions, allows tagging, organization, keyboard shortcuts, and even a chrome extension (which is good because my company won't let me install stuff on my work laptop). I've used more complete programs, but as a tool to quickly capture and organize items (and build history on it), it's one of the best.
Have tried many different productivity tools and finally found Todoist that fits so well to the way I work. Love the integration with other tools, the ease of adding tasks and the clean overview. Have some trouble with the natural date and time input that is keeping it from 5 stars.
Setting recurring ToDos is a little complicated and I can find a widget to leave a current list on my S4 home screen, but, otherwise, fantastic app.
Ótima ferramenta. Uma pena não ter lembretes na forma gratuita. Ainda tenho dificuldades para criar datas. Como por exemplo repetição da tarefa.
very convenient. a little frustrating that some of the good bits seem to be in premium only & I don't want to pay for it!

Wonderful app, and a wonderful plugin for Chrome. I have Todoist in my email, on my desktop, on my iPhone - and I'm so glad I splurged and upgraded to premium. My email goes wonky a lot and I lose important information (even if I flag it or move it to a folder), so being able to add notes, files, and schedule an alert to remind me is fantastic. Especially since it goes with me everywhere I go. No more bookmarking random internet pages and forgetting to go back to them later!
