I have tried a few other programs and while they have very good features, they just really overcomplicate it for me. I found myself spending too much time getting my information in rather than doing the work. Todoist is just perfect for me, simple and easy to use and i am not spending hours geting all of my schedule in. I love how i can have many different projects, but i can view everything on a day by day basis so i always know what i need to do and i can scroll down and see what is coming up. I think this is ace and it is really affordable as well!

I can't make it stay. I'm hoping for an extension where I can keep the list small beside while doing things, but for this I can only open it, tick my tasks, and then it'll close whenever I click elsewhere. Maybe you can take what "TickTick" did with their extension as reference. Yes I am using both: TickTick for casual while Todoist for work and studies. Look forward to see improvements soon. Other than this, Todoist is definitely awesome and user-friendly.

Todoist has been a game changer for me. I've tried various different task management apps and software and Todoist has been the best by far. It's clean, simple, intuitive, integrates quickly and easily across all devices. I love the fact that I can add things by voice via my Google Hub e,g if I'm cooking and have my hands full. The Chrome extension means I can add articles as I find them or lets me save things from emails so that I can get things out of my Inbox. I don't need to have 50 tabs open in case I forget something either.

Excellent tool. Simple, clean, not cluttered and quick. Very useful and keeps me on task. The only minor problem that I have with the chrome add-in is that when I add a new task the Project selection list drop down menu gets cut off by the lower border of the chrome browser. There is no scroll bar on the pop down menu so it is difficult to access thinks at the bottom of the list.
