NIce App
Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. No ability to restore deleted tasks or projects. Not even on Pro accounts! I’d been using Todoist for some time now, in fact in about 2 weeks I’d have been using it for a full year. So it sickens me to write this.. but DO NOT use this app for business, I’m sure it’s fine for personal tasks and shopping lists but it is not suited for business related matters. I was using a free account, though was strongly considering upgrading to Pro the last while as I’d gotten into a groove with it for managing projects in work and was enjoying it immensely. That was until today. Today I spent approx. 4 hours on the software designing a template as such which I planned to duplicate and reuse across similar projects. I was delighted with the outcome. I only then (1 year down the line) realised you can only have 300 open tasks in your ‘inbox’. I’d not used the ‘Project’ section in that entire time nor had the app or webpage ever really prompted me to. I copied my template across to a project which I’d set to a ‘board’ rather than a ‘list’. I didn’t like the look of it and couldn’t, at the time, find how to change it back to a list, so without really thinking and no too familiar with this ‘projects’ section I accidently deleted my template. 100% user error, no doubt about it. My bad. However… unlike any operating system, application, cloud store etc in 2023.. there is no ability to either undo your deleted item or get it back out of a trash folder and restore it. The only method to do this is via a ‘backup’ which only occurs on Pro accounts… but EVEN WITH a Pro account the backup only occurs at 00:00 daily. Meaning even with a Pro account if you delete something that your created between backups it is gone for good. This is a total joke. Sorry to say I’ll be wrapping up my account on Todoist and using a grown up version.
Makkelijk te gebruiken, gaat over alle platformen, van mobiel tot desktop. Van email tot browser. Erg handig

Отличное приложение.
Im Großen und Ganzen eine gelungene Anwendung. Funktioniert auf auch via VPN auf dem Firmenrechner. Einzig zwei Punkte würde ich gerne geändert wissen: a) Wenn während der Erfassung einer Aufgabe ein anderes Programm (z.B. der Kalender) geöffnet wird, schließt sich ToDoIst und alle bisherigen Erfassungen gehen verloren. b) In der Liste der fälligen ToDo's kann ich optisch Sub-Aufgaben nicht von Hauptaufgaben unterscheiden. Sub-Aufgaben sollten einen gut sichtbaren Link auf die Hauptaufgabe haben. So passiert es mir ungewollt, dass ich ein neu Sub-Aufgabe unterhalb einer bestehenden Sub-Aufgabe erstelle.
