It simply doesn't work. I installed the extension and every time I try to join a meeting it goes to the extension download page and downloads the extension again.
keeps trying to download
Absolutely garbage. Crashes every 10 minutes with an "Aww Snap" message like other users have seen. And has less than half the functionality of the downloadable meeting center tool (Which doesn't work for me either which is why I was using the web). Stunningly terrible.
The webex Chrome extension has stopped working... it's greyed out and when you click on it it takes you to the Chrome store, where it says it is already added to Chrome
Extension does not function at all.
This is a piece of crap. All things are greyed out.

Stunningly terrible, and yet somehow completely predictable coming from Cisco. Just the absolute worst. It is 2017 and somehow Cisco has managed to make a Remote Desktop extension straight out of 2001. Unintuitive, ugly, a mess of a UI, Creates TONS of processes in task manager, slows down your machine to a crawl. All those processes it creates will linger and stay open even after Chrome is closed, still slowing your machine down, like a virus. And god forbid you try to force close any of the processes it creates, it will just recreate them over and over. Stay far away from this mess. Basic Windows RDP is somehow miles ahead of this. Good job Cisco. Way to show the rest of the world how far you have fallen.
Not functional
Can hardly view anything on it, the size of the options & layout is very small. The rest of my desktop & other programs I have running is fine, when this starts, the font (e.g. to record, to view participipants, etc) is way too small to read easily. Make it easier to read!!!
