Actually the greatest tool you can find. Of course, sometimes problems occur, but as far as I can understand it goes from ali side.
This is an invaluable extension for ecommerce entrepreneurs.

quick and convenient
the customer support is so slow and their live chat is always offline. i didnt know the plugin requires dedicated hosting which costs more than shopify monthly fee. and it's buggy. im disappointed.

By far the best plugin for Drop Shipping. If you use Woocommerce for your drop shipping products you must own the plugin and this extension. You literally saved me from pulling my hair out.
