I had it for 3 days and it changed my life already. SO USEFUL!
I had high-hopes.. but unfortunately it has some bugs. It did not load properly w/in my gmail causing me to hit 'refresh' repeatedly. Finally had to turn it off and now have to disable. I would have contacted DRAG directly with my feedback, but there's no contact on their website that's visible. This is typically an indication of a company that doesn't value user feedback as much as they should. Just my 2-cents. Good Luck,Drag.. I hope to try again someday.
The Good: As a person who is totally not organized when it comes to email (Yes, I am one of those with 3000 emails) this helps me stay on top of my email and be more organized. It's not perfect, but it makes me closer to perfect LOL. Things I would like: Ability to resize columns Ability to decide how often old mail surfaces to the top.
Beautiful idea and I feel way more inbox happy. It's like having the power of trello in your inbox . Thumbs waaaaaayyyyy up!!!!
I saw no advantage on using it (when compared with the tag tool already working on gmail). I couldn´t delete any particular email inside the add-on. I believe that Drag´s people shall improve it and than, I may try it again.
I don't really know how did I manage to live without Drag to organise my emails before? To describe it quickly, it's like Trello but for Gmail. Granted it's not as mature as Trello (as of September-2017) so you may find a couple of gliches but there's a public roadmap that you can influence. Great support from the dev team too.
On a FHD screen there's room for 3 and a bit columns of tasks. Also, you can fit maybe 8 emails in each. It doesn't adapt to the theme you have so for my dark theme it's a splash of white. I can see the the benefits and the potential but for now it seems like I brought a Win98 app into an Win7 UI.
THE GOOD Great concept, really like it, I even paid the early beta fee so that I could get the premium features. I highly recommend it, I LOVE.. I do like it.. but it's not perfect. But it's beta... so I'm still like.. oh.. give it shot. SUGGESTIONS The biggest suggestion is the notes where not obvious, would be nice if that was maybe a different color something because i didn't realize where the notes were. THE BAD (BUT NOT THAT BAD) The problem is if you have a ton of email in your inbox before you hit inbox zero it's slow. It does not seem to cache the email locally at all and has to reload each time, this creates a feeling of "sluggishness". This is beta so my guess is this will be fixed in the future, it's not that noticeable if you keep your inbox clean but if delay it can seem weird. The other thing is the custom columes seem to use gmail labels which I didn't know, for whatever reason it did not sync my rows after I created them with my other PCs. After I flushed out local cache restarted all my browser sessions then things appeared. They was very helpful in getting me back on track with this but would have been nice if it just worked withouot having to do that, again.. it's beta so for beta I think it's pretty good. If those two things was worked out
excelente aplicacion
Early signs are good. An easy to use 'task manager', within GSuite. Will be even better when you can add non-email-based tasks to it.
