I really like the idea of Drag, and enjoy the way it organizes my inbox. Similar one other review, my biggest frustration is the constant re-load. Again, love Drag and hope it gets better! Looking forward to using more in the future.

I've been looking for a way to reorganize my email and have never found a suitable app or tool. I really love Drag. While it's not perfect, it certainly does the job better than anything I've seen, and it gives them room to roll out new improvements all the time. I will be using Drag as my #1 gmail tool for as long as they'll let me. Thanks so much for creating this, guys!

It's a great idea - especially for the independent business person. I've tried several Gmail CRM type things and they are all way too heavy to deal with. They have some issues with implementation. Tech issues that are annoying. (Constant re-load and maybe incompatibility with other plugins). If they can solve these they get 4 stars from me. And then a couple UX things like being able to access Drag functions from with an email (so I can read a mail and decide right then to put it into the Drag pipeline or not). Those will get 5 starts. It's a good MVP. I am rooting for them and continued improvement. This could be the thing for small business peeps swamped with mail.

I like the interface. It gives a project management flare to emails. It would be good if Drag can give suggestions to which category the emails might fall into once the user has been playing around for a while. Additionally set reminders to work on task list based on priority.
