This extension literally saves tons of routine clicks! If it also had notifications (like in the earlier suggestion: a notification/sound when receiving new tickets), that would make it insanely useful. That feature would take it to the next level!

The idea of this extension is great, but in execution it does not behave reliably. For me personally, it works but every time I reopen Chrome the refresh interval resets to 10 seconds. For other people in my organization, reopening Chrome stops it from working entirely until the user opens it and clicks Save again. It would be great if the developer(s) could update the app. Once it's working consistently I think it will be very helpful!

I have the same issue worked great for a long time but now it does what it wants to do. I did find a work around but you have to do it once a day change the refresh time and it works all day fine.
