Excellent sound quality. Near perfect availability and reliability. A key part of my weekly workflow.
Sucks.. No Icon on my desktop or Gmail...
Mostly works great, BUT because Gmail Contacts list a fax number as "work fax", when I try to call from the extension, both the work number and the work fax show up as ###-#### (W). So half the time, I accidently call a fax number.
I have a local number where I can receive voice messages. Moreover, I can text and receive texts. A lot of programs do that but this one is by far the most reliable. Also, I love that with this extension I hear a "ding" when I have a new message. It's great! Cons: -If Wi-fi signal is low messages must be refreshed - Sometimes it takes a while for the other person to receive message -no pic/video messages Overall: Awesome!!!!!! There is a display on the left side of my screen next to the HTTP: box that displays messages and the number of unread messages. It's great because I don't have to bookmark the Google voice page. Every page I visit I still know I can text.
Great extension. I use it Daily. I love that fact that I don't have to leave the website I'm on to use my Google Voice number and can still type with my keyboard instead of my cell phone which I'm soooo much slower at typing with.
Excellent tool if you make lots of calls with your Google Voice number!
I use this daily. The functionality is great. Could do a little better (and offer more control) at how it organizes conversation threads, saves drafts and facilitates replies, but this is a must-have app. And a great way to text via PC.
This extension is very handy. Some minor things that I would like to see: when attempting to make a call that a GMail page automatically opens, the texts should update with sent and received every time, and running tabs of conversations rather than time based and contact based having more than one history at the same time.
I just cannot find it; its not showing on my apps but ive used it before by clicking a phone number on google
