doesn't seem to work for calling out from the browser. Only gives the option to call out using google phone, not 'hangouts'. I can't get 'hangouts' to work very well, either for calling out.

It uses my cell phone to make the call, if I wanted that I'd just use it, I want it to use the net to make a call, that's why it's called "Voice over IP". The IT's that put this together had an extra bowl of stupid flakes for breakfast.
